Painting and drawing people is my passion.  I believe that the human body is a wonder in itself and that it is God’s gift to us human beings.  It is indeed God’s masterpiece!  Hence, I think that to truly understand the beauty, power, mystery and potential of the human form we must also attempt to know ourselves as well as those people who surround us.  As an artist, I find it challenging to capture the moment  when the model is posing from life, because we are all unique, each bearing our own personality, and it is during that moment that I try to respond to the sitter’s sensitivity and beauty.
